About the project

At Giabella Corporate and Luxury Gifts, we believe in the power of business to be a force for good. In line with our core values of compassion, community, and shared success, we are proud to launch a philanthropic initiative called Skye is the Limit aimed at making a meaningful difference in South Africa. Through this initiative, a percentage of profits from selected product sales will be donated directly to vetted Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) across the country. Each purchase becomes more than just a gift — it becomes a contribution toward education, healthcare, food security, and other vital community upliftment projects.

Our goal is to create a sustainable stream of financial support for NPOs that are doing extraordinary work but face ongoing funding challenges. By connecting conscious consumers and corporates with purposeful products, we hope to foster a culture of giving that is embedded in everyday business and personal transactions.

Dedication

“Skye is the Limit” was created without hesitation — born from a place of deep love and meaning. This initiative holds a special place in our hearts, as it is dedicated to the memory of our beloved Pomeranian, Skye, affectionately known as our Skyeball. Skye was born on 17 March 2017 and became part of our family on 03 June that same year. A little white and caramel furball, full of life, love, and happiness, Skye quickly became the heartbeat of our home.

At just two years old, he began facing serious health challenges that required urgent and continuous medical care. Thanks to a dedicated team of doctors, we were gifted a few more precious years with him. Through every challenge, Skye showed us what it means to live with courage, to love without conditions, and to have unshakable faith. His resilience, strength, and boundless love transformed our lives, and it is in his honour that Skye is the Limit was born. This initiative is a heartfelt legacy — a way to take the love we received from Skye and extend it into the world. It is rooted in the same values he embodied: love, dedication, and faith.

Our mission is to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most. As our first project under this initiative, we are proud to celebrate Women’s Month by supporting an NPO that uplifts and protects women and children across South Africa. A portion of the profits from our Women’s Day Gift Promotion will be donated to this organisation — ensuring that each purchase becomes part of a larger purpose.

With the support of our fellow South Africans, and in honour of our Skyeball, we know that when we act with love and purpose… The Skye is truly the Limit.

Women's Month 2025

In honour of Women’s Month, we are proud to announce the first official campaign under our philanthropic initiative, Skye is the Limit.

For the entire month of August, a portion of the profits of each sale from our specially curated Women’s Day Gift Collection will be donated to Women for Change — a powerful South African Non-Profit Organisation actively working to combat Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF).
